Who we are
Thrive Study Global provides online one-to-one and small-group tuition. This site is thrivestudyglobal.com. You can contact us at thrivestudy26@gmail.com.
What we collect
We only collect what's needed to arrange and provide tuition, or to consider a tutor application:
- Registration form: your child's name, year group, your email address and (optionally) phone number, subjects of interest, session type preference (one-to-one or small group), and the main reason you're looking for tuition.
- Tutor application form: your name, email address, phone number, subjects you can teach, your tutoring/teaching experience, and any message you choose to include.
- WhatsApp community: if you choose to join our WhatsApp group via the link on this site, that's between you and WhatsApp — see WhatsApp's own privacy policy. We don't automatically add anyone to it.
We do not knowingly collect any more information than what you type into these forms.
Analytics
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this site — for example, which pages are viewed and how people scroll and click around. Clarity may use cookies and similar technologies to collect this information, and Microsoft may use it in line with the Microsoft Privacy Statement and the Clarity terms of use. This helps us improve the site; it isn't used to identify individual visitors for marketing purposes.
How we use it
- To get in touch and arrange your free assessment call
- To match your child with a suitable tutor and subject plan
- To review and respond to tutor applications
- To send you a short automatic confirmation email when you submit a form, so you know it's gone through
We do not use your information for marketing emails, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.
Who else sees it
Form submissions on this site are processed by FormSubmit.co, a third-party service that delivers your form entry to our email inbox. The site itself is hosted by Vercel. Neither service is authorised to use your information for anything beyond delivering and hosting this site on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep registration and application details for as long as reasonably needed to arrange tuition, respond to your enquiry, or consider your application — and no longer than necessary after that, unless we're required to keep it for a longer period by law.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you or your child
- Correct anything that's inaccurate
- Delete your information
- Stop using your information for a particular purpose
To do any of this, email thrivestudy26@gmail.com. If you're not satisfied with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Children's information
Our registration form is filled in by a parent or guardian on behalf of their child, not by the child directly. We only use a child's details to arrange and deliver tuition.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we collect or use information, we'll update this page and change the "last updated" date above.
